Artful Journey Rubber Stamps

The Artful Journey Project is powered by The Artful Journey Inc. a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating the next generation of global citizens. Its mission is to give children the power to make a positive impact on the world by learning how to embrace and celebrate the beauty in their lives. Its projects are open to all ages and are designed to give children the tools to make a difference.

Artful Journey

The Artful Journey is a multi-modal, strengths-based program that invites participants to engage in four collaborative art and writing interventions. Participants are asked to share their stories, which can range from coping with social isolation and depression to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each story is designed to inspire participants and provide a direction for their work.

Artful Journey has helped participants create positive emotions, build hope, and increase their sense of strength during difficult times. In addition, the program has introduced art journaling as a coping skill for those suffering from progressive conditions.

Artful Journey rubber stamp

Artful Journey rubber stamps are made from premium cling mount red rubber. They have a wide range of possibilities and are an excellent way to add a personal touch to your art projects. The stamps are available in three sizes: 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" and 1/2 x 1-3/4". Each stamp measures approximately 2 3/4" x 1/2". You can use them as an accent on your artwork or as a background.

The rubber stamp-making process involves many steps and is done by hand. It includes quality control to ensure that every stamp is of the highest quality. It also requires using the best possible materials. The rubber used is a good quality, 100% rubber, and the blocks are often superior to furniture grade maple. The indexes and adhesives used to stamp the material are specifically chosen for their long-lasting performance.

Artful Journey was developed to empower adults with disabilities and their caregivers to create and share a wide range of works of art. The program combines art-making with peer support in a virtual environment. It focuses on developing artistic expression to help individuals cope with disabilities and chronic conditions.

The book is written by Linda Rocco, a writer, curator, and associate with the organizations Unlimited and The Art House. She conducted interviews with members of the Disability Arts Movement. Her findings highlight the legacy of disabled artists in the UK. She explains why mainstream culture fails to recognize the incredible talents of disabled artists.

The author explores the history of disability as a social and political issue, and the struggle between disabled people and their rehabilitation workers. She also examines how early efforts in the disability rights movement helped change social attitudes and highlight the needs of disabled Americans. Tenberken also discusses the intersection of the disability and feminist movements, as well as issues surrounding self-worth and achievement. The author is a founding member of a women's studies center and the mother of a daughter with multiple disabilities.
